Local Artist Rana Ryan Designs “Bunches of Hope” and Other Creations

Last December we introduced our readers to local artist and Wexford resident Rana Ryan. She designs beautiful floral greeting cards for the Glimmer of Hope Foundation. These one-of-a-kind cards are now being carried at the Maggie and Stella store in Oakland. Ryan recently donated a painting to Children’s Hospital called Mother and Child Bond. In addition, she has acrylics hanging at Caesar’s Designs Jewelry store in Shadyside. The watercolors are a perfect complement to the holiday season.	Ryan was also selected to be part of the “Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh Artists” show held at the Irma Freeman Center for Imagination on Penn Avenue. As a result of this show, two of her paintings will be featured in a book and made into postcards depicting Pittsburgh, the city I love, and the Phipps Conservatory, is there anything prettier?
